Each enteric-coated tablet contains Rabeprazole-20mg. Rabeprazole is an antiulcer drug in the class of proton pump inhibitors. It is a prodrug - in the acid environment of the parietal cells, it turns into active sulphonamide form. Rabeprazole inhibits the H+, K+ ATPase of the coating gastric cells and blocks the gastric acid secretion.

Each enteric-coated tablet contains Rabeprazole-20mg + Domperidone-10mg. Rabeprazole is an antiulcer drug in the class of proton pump inhibitors. It is a prodrug - in the acid environment of the parietal cells, it turns into active sulphonamide form. Domperidone is a peripherally selective dopamine D2 and D3 receptor antagonist. The drug provides relief from nausea by blocking receptors at the chemoreceptor trigger zone (a location in the nervous system that mediates nausea) at the floor of the fourth ventricle (a location near the brain).
